What is Aerosol?

Aerosols are tiny solid or liquid particles floating in the air that can come from dust storms, ocean spray, volcanoes, forest fires, and pollution. These particles affect Earth in different ways: some reflect sunlight, some help clouds form, and others absorb sunlight, heat the air, trigger chemical reactions, harm the ozone layer, or cause health problems. Due to these wide-ranging effects, aerosols influence not only climate and scientific research, but also political and economic issues

About us
